MOVIE NIGHT SIGN UP

I understand that a night out is a special treat and that I'm not entitled to it.

I acknowledge I want to see RED ONE, a Christmas action flick, on Sunday, December 1st, at 4:10pm.

I understand the group is eating at Round Table Pizza after the movie and agree to eat there, too.

I understand that if I confirm my spot then decide NOT to go, I will either need to find someone in my place or refund the ticket price. (Unless there are extenuating circumstances like getting sick.)

I have parental approval to eat out and see this movie. Please book my ticket/seat.

I will respect my parents' wishes, and if allowed, only order 1 snack and 1 drink at the movies.
