Why the change?


Over time, I’ve realized that not every young man is in the same place when it comes to maturity, motivation, or even availability. Some just need a space to belong. Others are ready to be challenged and grow deeper. And some are just beginning the journey. Instead of trying to make one format fit everyone, this new structure allows each young man to engage in a way that actually works for where they are right now—without pressure, and without missing out.

 

EQUIP Pack, Crew, and Core isn’t just a name change—it’s a shift toward something more sustainable and meaningful. It’s designed to protect the heart of what makes this special: relational presence over programming, formation over entertainment, and the belief that each young man matters right where he is. This structure doesn’t add complexity—it brings clarity, and honestly, it helps me show up more fully too.
