Core still includes hangouts and good times, but that’s not the main draw. What sets it apart is the intentional conversations and shaping to help you grow.   • You’re cool with being challenged if it helps you get better.
  • You’re starting to care more about how you lead yourself—and how you show up for others.
  • You’re not just trying to hang with CJ—you want to learn from him and other helpful adults.

 

If that feels like where you’re at (or where you want to go), you might be ready for Core. And if not yet? No big deal. Stay steady in Crew, and when the time’s right, Core will be there for you.
